Have you ever stopped to ponder why HUMANS drink or consume ANIMAL MILK? You wouldn’t let your best mate breast-feed your new born baby would you,?  so why would let your beloved little-ones feed on a COW, GOAT or sheeps milk?…

Animal Milk is an allergen, common to all ranging from infants to the elderly. From a young age, we’re taught that we should consume milk at least twice daily for it’s calcium content which we need to grow our nails and strengthen our teeth.

What we are not taught is that because we are not related to animals or share the same blood type, bodily fluid or genes, we should not share the same milk.The body acknowledges milk as a toxin and therefore reacts as a way of eliminating it from the body as though it was bacteria.

  • Skin Reactions:
    * Itchy red rash
    * Hives
    * Eczema
    * Swelling of lips, mouth, tongue, face or throat
    * Allergic “Shiners” (black eyes)
  • Stomach and Intestinal Reactions:
    * Abdominal pain and bloating
    * Diarrhoea (usually very runny)
    * Vomiting
    * Gas/wind
    * Cramps
  • Nose, Throat and Lung Reactions:
    * Runny Nose
    * Sneezing
    * Watery and/or Itchy eyes
    * Coughing
    * Wheezing
    * Shortness of Breath


Calcium can be sought from a number of vegetables, including:

– Okra

– Brocoli

– Watercress

– Chick Pea’s

– Red Kidney Beans

– Baked Beans

I wondered why my nails are super strong and grow so long, even thought I haven’t consumed animal milk since 2004! I am a huge fan of Chick Pea’s, Baked Beans and Okra.

What clever diguises are there for milk in skincare?

– Lactose

– Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum)

Whey Powder/ Protein

Take care next time you purchase skincare which contains animal milk as it may cause itchiness.
